Send an email message to listserv@lists.upenn.edu with a blank subject line and the text, "subscribe GSC [your name here]" in the message body. Remember to substitute your own name and please omit the brackets. See the example below.
If your name is Gnome Chomski, your email should look like this:

You may unsubscribe from the list at anytime by sending a "SIGNOFF GSC" command in the body of an email message to listserv@lists.upenn.edu from the email address subscribed to the list.
